Dr.Sumy S joined the Department of English in June 2019. She has over 12 years of experience in teaching and research in various colleges of Tamil Nadu. She obtained her doctorate in Cultural Studies/Postcolonial Studies from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli in 2015 for the thesis entitled Cultural Impact in the Select Fiction of Amitav Ghosh and Anita Nair: A Psycho-Social Perspective. She has published extensively in various National and International journals, presented papers in National and International Conferences and edited magazines for colleges.
